Account Management

Try the "Forgot Password" button that appears in the main login popup. If you're still having trouble, you can contact the Selectable™ support team.

Click the "Settings" icon in the top right corner of your screen. You can change your existing plan by selecting "Change plan," or cancel it by scrolling to "Help/Support" and selecting "Delete account." You can also temporarily deactivate your account from this section and you will not be billed again until you reactivate it.

Click the "Settings" icon in the top right corner of your screen. You can change your advertiser info under the main "Your Profile" tab at any time. Some information (such as your email, password, and payment details) will require you to verify your account before making changes.
